My research interest is focused on microbial ecology and assemblage of microbial communities due to changes in their native environment. A special attention is provided to plant–microbe interactions, especially symbiotic associations which have a visible effect in plant growth promotion processes. An increased interest is in the topic of agricultural microbiology as a sustainable solution for long term in food production and resilience of agroecosystems, with the inclusion of microbial suppressiveness potential.
